Ideal Candidate
We're seeking dependable, hardworking event assistants to support our DJ team. You'll help with equipment setup, assist during events, and handle breakdown. This role is perfect for someone who is physically capable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced event environment.
Requirements
Reliable weekend availability, primarily Friday through Sunday. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50 to 100 pounds. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and team player mindset. Punctuality and dependability are essential.
What you'll do
Assist DJs with equipment setup and sound check before events. Provide support during events as needed. Handle breakdown and load-out of all DJ equipment. Ensure equipment is transported safely and securely. Maintain a professional, helpful presence throughout the event.
Compensation
$20 per hour. Events typically range from 8 to 12 hours from arrival to departure. Mileage reimbursement for events 50+ miles from Austin.
