We can provide certificates of insurance to your venue coordinator and will list your venue as an additional insured at no extra cost. You're protected, your venue is protected, and we operate with complete professionalism and accountability.
Absolutely. We've DJ'd outdoor weddings at Vista West Ranch, The Oasis, Prospect House, and countless backyard celebrations. We bring weather-resistant equipment, backup power options if needed, and always have a contingency plan for weather changes. We'll coordinate with your venue on power sources, setup locations, and sound coverage to ensure your outdoor celebration sounds flawless from ceremony to last dance.
Yes! We love themed weddings and events. Whether you're planning a Great Gatsby 1920s bash, an 80s throwback party, a rustic country celebration, a vibrant carnival theme, or a black-tie formal affair, we'll curate music, energy, and atmosphere to match your vision. We can also coordinate lighting, props, and visuals to enhance your theme. Share your ideas during the consultation and we'll bring your celebration to life.
Absolutely. Our Intimate Celebration package starts at $1,150 and is perfect for smaller weddings, elopement receptions, anniversary parties, vow renewals, and intimate gatherings. We scale our setup, sound levels, and energy to fit your guest count and space, whether it's 20 people in a backyard or 200 in a ballroom, you'll get the same professionalism, attention to detail, and unforgettable experience.
We understand that plans can change. Here's how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellations:
• More than 180 days before your event: Full refund minus $250 administrative fee
• 90-180 days before: 50% refund of total contract value
• Less than 90 days before: Deposit is non-refundable
Rescheduling: If you need to postpone (not cancel entirely), we'll transfer your deposit and payments to your new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. We want you to have peace of mind and will work with you if life circumstances change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss your options.
All our experiences include professional sound system, wireless microphone, DJ booth lighting, access to our music planning app, unlimited consultations, and a stress-free experience from setup to last song. We bring backup equipment to every event and arrive early for sound checks.
