We understand that plans can change. Here's how we handle cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations: • More than 180 days before your event: Full refund minus $250 administrative fee • 90-180 days before: 50% refund of total contract value • Less than 90 days before: Deposit is non-refundable Rescheduling: If you need to postpone (not cancel entirely), we'll transfer your deposit and payments to your new date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
