We're seeking driven, results-oriented sales agents to join our team. You'll be responsible for generating new business through cold outreach and handling inbound leads. This is a commission-only role perfect for self-motivated individuals with strong sales backgrounds who thrive in a performance-based environment.
Requirements
Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Reliable internet access and professional phone presence. A people person who is warm, welcoming, and client-focused.
What you'll do
Generate new business through cold outreach and lead conversion. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into bookings. Sell our full range of services including DJ, photobooth, 360 booth, and videography packages. Build relationships with potential clients and guide them through the booking process. Represent Krystal Management with professionalism and care.
